The company was founded in 2006 by four highly respected entrepreneurs, well-known in the real estate industry. Under the next generation’s leadership, the company continues to focus on management and acquisitions that complement the current portfolio.
J.L. Woode Ltd. investments are currently concentrated in the Midwest and Southeast regions of the United States. Our diverse portfolio includes multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use properties, which we own, operate, and manage. Property and asset management services are provided by our affiliate, J.L. Woode Management Company, LLC.
Our leadership team has decades of experience in the acquisition, financing, management, and disposition of commercial and multifamily real estate. With our in-house talent, expertise, and resources, we pursue investment opportunities where we can add value and generate strong, sustainable returns.
